A little Lunch?

I recently completed a five week long gall bladder and liver cleanse. This was a typical meal during the first three weeks. Miso soup with brown rice and fresh Swiss Chard from the garden with a few green peppers for crunch washed down with a glass of just juiced carrot beet celery juice. Mmmm, mmmm, good. If you don’t love your colon, no one else will!
