It was the last week of summer before going back to school and what did we do? We cleared the clutter, we purged the piles, we tidied the tangle and we melted the crayons!!! You know that old, gnarly box of broken, half peeled, grubby, sticky crayons?    We peeled the paper, divided them up into color families and we melted ‘em! And then we poured the wax into muffin liners and voilà!   Pretty, fresh, new, easy to hold, coloring tools!

Hooray for 104° days that force you to figure out new things to do inside!
