In the face of all this miserable stuff about the AISD, I thought I would post something positive, hope filled and joyous! I photographed these brothers right before the holidays and I find myself melting into these pictures every time I look at them. Bodhi was teething SO hard, he was shoving anything he could into his mouth just to get a good gnaw on. I love the nudie shots where he is leading with his tongue….proof positive that the tongue is a tool for learning for a 6 month old human. Hmm, what does this feel, taste like? Those big browns just slay me. Expressions changing ten times a second.

Then his angel boy of a big brother comes along- all twoish years old and a wonder of yellow curls and curiosity about whatever he wants for the moment and then moving on. He looks surprisingly still in these pictures. In reality he was in nearly constant motion.
We sure will be happy when these two guys come back from their adventure in Boston.
